1.1 Payment policy

• Payment for the any program or workshop will be processed through a third-party payment gateway link provided at the end of each program description on the website / or an in-webinar or Masterclass offer.
• In case of inability to pay via the given payment gateway, you can reach out to us on 9653101455 for any assistance.

1.2 Cancellation & Refund policy

• In case of a no-show, the fees will be held until the next available date of workshop or program.
• No refunds will be granted for any workshop, program or event conducted by Dr Poonam or her representatives.
• If Dr Poonam cancels the workshop or program for any unavoidable reasons, fees (after deduction of the GST & third-party payment gateway fees) will be refunded
• The refund process will be initiated within 7 days of program cancellation
• The payment will be reverted to the account from where the original payment was made.

2. No Guarantees

We make NO GUARANTEES about any success that you’ll get from our blogs, ebook, free workshops or our paid program. We will do everything for you and your child to achieve the results you desire for your family, but we make no guarantees since we try our best but can only control so much about your success through our courses. You understand that Dr Poonam Kage makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding any results based on any action or inaction relating to your child or you based on the information we share or services we sell or share for free through the Site or social media.

3. Course Access. Our students receive 7 weeks to a year-long program of unlimited access depending on the program they signed up for and the private student community. Student access activates as per the schedule shared. We understand everyone has different learning styles and goes through the program at their own pace, and if for any reason, a student is unable to complete the program within the stipulated time-frame, the student will have an option to opt-in for our paid course extension.
